QUALITY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
§Conduce internal programs to improve results by quality and environmental issues
§Be a link with other plants in the group: network and benchmarks
§Team Management: To develop and sustain a high quality well motivated team
§Support the Production with quality issues : to solve / to improve results
§Control the customer complaints system giving support to solve the issues recorded
§Support new projects implementation and new product validation in process. Quality issues. Reports. Procedures. Trainings
§Report the Quality and Environmental KPI´s
§Health and Safety Management : Strongly involved into safety rules and NBR for industrial installation
Qualifications
§Educational background : Engineering
§Fluent English
§Strong Experience as Quality & Environmental Manager (ISO system and Audits);
§Financial background : Budget management / control ;
§Project Management skills : to conduce projects using Six Sigma Methodology
§Solids Knowledge statistic: letters controls and capability, sampling plans
§Skills: transparency, analytical, ability to synthesis
This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
